I have been a seeker in healing modalities for decades, both for my own healing journey and learning how to support others. I have explored multitudes of modalities on multiple continents, compiling a well-resourced toolbox. In 2022, I earned my Holy Fire III Reiki Master certification. I have also earned certificates in trauma healing, embodiment, qigong, dreamwork, psychedelic guiding, sound healing, and meditation teaching, and the experiences I am most proud of are from my own healing journey. I have had multiple "peak experiences" through different modalities, and I continue to work toward my own integration of these insights.

My experience as a speech-language pathologist and my work in assistive technology have taught me the importance of communication and interconnectedness, along with the necessity of individualization. I have been supporting people moving toward chosen potentials as humans and professionals for over twenty years.
